About the training: This training is the US Coast Guard approved 5 day or 1 day Leadership and Managerial Skills as mandated by the STCW 2010 Manila Amendments. Many have told us they dreaded the thought of taking a class such as this, but after the week is over we hear it is probably one of the best STCW classes they ever took and were very happy to have attended. You will learn quite a bit about yourself and especially relationships…which is the basis of building trust and is the bedrock of leadership. This comes from the grizzliest, saltiest sea captains we have taught.

Baymont Inn:

The Bremerton L&M course is set up to be taught at the Baymont Inn and Suites when we have a larger group than can be comfortably seated in our Callow classroom. The Baymont is a very clean comfortable hotel a few miles from the ferry dock. It does not have a restaurant. However, great food is nearby. http://www.baymontinns.com/hotels/washington/bremerton/baymont-inn-and-suites-bremerton-wa/hotel-overview?WID=LC:BU:20160226:RIO:Local:SM-bupaci
